On November 9, 2021, the Association of Manufacturers of Pharmaceuticals of RA met with the representatives of the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen of Armenia and International Finance Corporation (IFC) of the World Bank Group. IFC “Armenia Economic Growth” Project Team Leader, Arsen Nazaryan, presented the results of Armenian pharma sector analysis for FDI, during the meeting. The member companies of the Association mentioned the main factors hindering the development of pharm industry and affecting the investment attractiveness of the sector, as well as the need for government financial assistance programs. As a result of the discussion, the actions necessary for the sector development and solving existing problems were formulated.
