On September 25, on the third day of the Conference organized at YSMU, international experts and specialists made presentations, presenting the main issues related to drug safety. Presentations were made by: Interpol’s Illicit Goods and World Health Program Coordinator, Secretary General T. Tuina, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Head of the Coordination Department in the Field of Drugs and Medical Products Circulation, EEC, D. Rozhdestvensky, who introduced the principles of drug regulation, regulatory documents and the transitional stage. Taguhi Piruzyan, Director of the “Association of Manufacturers of Pharmaceuticals” also addressed the Conference. She emphasized the importance of the legal field in matters of drug safety and in the fight against counterfeit drugs.
