On July 30, the staff of the ArPharMa NGO visited the pharmaceutical company “Arpimed”. With the director of the company, Vachagan Kazaryan, we discussed the problems of the field. We observed the conditions of the production and the wide range of products. “Arpimed” operates in accordance with international GMP standards (Good Manufacturing Practice), and produces about 150 types of products. The head of the Quality Assurance Department, Shushanik Grigoryan, and the head of the Quality Control Laboratory, Angela Grigoryan, presented the process of producing sterile and non-sterile medicines and the laboratory equipped with modern equipment, where monitoring of compliance with appropriate conditions of production is carried out.
